Our bright green pistachios are hand-roasted in small batches to preserve the aroma and freshness for our Pistachio Crunch. We roast all of our nut toppings in the morning, just before we begin our daily production of toffee. Our pistachios come from the premier growing fields of Turkey and Iran.

Pistachio Crunch

Like all of Cocomira’s confectionary creations, Pistachio Crunch starts with the sublime partnership of lustrous buttercrunch and the silken tang of Belgian dark chocolate. Add to that the cheerful note of bright green pistachios, and the resulting symphony of flavor is as colorful to look at as it is to eat. Cocomira takes great care in sourcing only the best pistachios from Turkey and Iran, for their great green color and fantastic flavor notes. We use only the freshest nuts, and hand-roast them in small batches to preserve their freshness and savory aromas. The nuts are then chopped and pressed into both sides of the chocolate-covered toffee. Like our other artisanal chocolate products, it’s all natural — there are no artificial ingredients.
