The top flavor notes of our Dark Chocolate Crunch is world-renowned Callebaut Belgian chocolate. We chose a chocolate that was smooth, not-too-sweet, but never bitter. This superb dark chocolate contains 54% cacao, resulting in a complex, tart flavor note, complimenting the richness of the buttercrunch, hand-roasted pecans and almonds.
